摘 要:采用整群取样方法,抽取1108名中小学教师,利用教师职业人格问卷和职业倦怠问卷进行调查。结果表明,职业人格与倦怠显著负相关,为大效应,二者相关在新手中为中效应,在熟手和专家型教师中均为大效应;教学机谨性、职业有恒性、师生亲和性和人际协调性等4个因素对职业倦怠具有显著的负向预测作用;四个因素的预测效应在新手、熟手和专家型教师中具有等值性。教师职业人格与倦怠负相关,是预防和缓解职业倦怠的"人格疫苗"。The aim of this study was to explore the relationships between vocational personality and burnout among novice, proficient, and expert teachers, selecting 1,108 primary and middle school teachers by a cluster sampling and two questionnaires related to vocational personality and burnout. The results showed that vocational personality was negatively correlated with burnout in primary and middle school teachers with large effects among proficient and expert teachers, and moderate effects for the novice;and that teaching preciseness, vocational persistence, teacher-student compatibility, and harmonious interpersonal relationship were negative predictors of teachers’ burnout, demonstrating invariance among novice, proficient, and expert teachers. This suggested that vocational personality is negatively associated with burnout in primary and middle school teachers, being a personality vaccine in teachers’ burnout.
