摘　　要：近年来随着国家海洋维权意识的不断增强,各类舰艇、公务船不断建造入列服役,MTU系列柴油机在舰船领域应用也越来越广。本文针对某船MTU16V396型柴油机机油耗量过高故障原因进行分析,并给出了相应的措施排除故障,对类似柴油机故障的排除具有借鉴意义。In recent years, with the increasing awareness of national maritime rights protection, various types of naval vessels and official ships have been built and put into service. The MTU series of diesel engines are increasingly widely used in the field of naval vessels. This paper aims at analysis on the fault causes of excessive oil consumption of MTU16V396 diesel engine on a ship, finds the specific reasons through corresponding elimination measures, and finally solves the problem of excessive oil consumption. This has certain reference significance for the trouble elimination of marine diesel engine in use and repair.
