摘 要:高校班主任是学校和班级、学校和学生及家庭联系的桥梁和纽带,班主任工作效果的优劣直接影响到高校教书育人的工作水平和质量。论文采用文献研究法,通过对当前高校班主任工作相关文献的系统梳理,分析、归纳、总结当前高校班主任工作中存在的主要问题,探讨了影响班主任工作的主要因素,并进一步从学校层面在班主任队伍建设、角色定位、培训和激励措施等方面,提出应该在班主任选聘制度、考核制度、工作职责划分以及激励制度设计方面做好高校班主任工作。Head teachers are the bridge connecting the university, the class, parents and students. Thus, the efficiency of being a head teacher impacts directly the quality and standard of high education. This analysis summarized the major problems of the work of head teachers and its influencing factors. Based on the above analysis, policy implications are proposed in order to improve the efficiency of head teacher institution from the university's perspective. First, the university should improve the construction of head teacher team and its role identification. Second, it is also crucial to provide head teachers with training. Third, the development and design of relevant inductive institutions should be implemented, including the promotion, evaluation, work responsibility division, as well as reward institutions.
