研究生思想政治教育中导师、辅导员与研究生“三自”合力机制的构建

摘　　要：增强和改善研究生思想政治教育的实际诉求是建立研究生导师、辅导员以及研究生"三自"合力机制。建立导师、辅导员以及研究生"三自"合力机制的内在根据是功效的互补性、目标的统一性,这对于进一步实现三者之间的交流性学习以及建立良好的沟通关系等均具有重要的影响作用,构建"三自"合力机制还有利于完善工作联系机制,实现特色性教学,充分发挥出研究生思想政治教育的作用。本篇文章在此基础上主要对研究生思想政治教育中构建"三自"合力机制的必要性以及有效措施等进行综合性的研究与分析。The practical appeal for strengthening and improving postgraduate ideological and political education is to establish a trilateral joint effort mechanism for tutors, counselors and postgraduate. The intrinsic basis for establishing the mechanism is the complementarity of functions and the unity of goals. This is important for further realizing the communication between the three and establishing a good communication relationship. The construction of the mechanism is also conducive to perfecting the work connection mechanism, achieving characteristic teaching, and giving full play to the role of postgraduate ideological and political education. On this basis, this paper mainly conducts comprehensive research and analysis on the necessity and effective measures of constructing the mechanism in postgraduate ideological and political education.
