县级电大学前教育专业管理对策

摘　　要：学前教育是终身学习的开端,做好学前教育专业的管理工作,对学前教育的发展以及下一代的健康成长意义重大。县级电大在学前教育专业管理上,要从管理服务、敬业修养、实践锻炼、心理教育等方面加强工作、改进方法,促进该专业长足发展。Pre-school education is the beginning of lifelong learning. Doing well in the management of pre-school education is very important for the development of pre-school education and the healthy growth of the next generation. In the management of pre-school education specialty, county-level radio and television universities should strengthen its work and improve its methods from the aspects of management service, professional dedication, practical training and psychological education, so as to promote the rapid development of the specialty.
