摘  要:建立高职院校教学工作诊断与改进制度是高职院校实施自我评价的实践探索。诊改与评估既有区别,又有联系,二者共同构成现代高等职业教育质量保障体系。当前,全面推进教学诊改是高职院校的重点工作。充分吸收高职评估在保障措施、分类指导、专家配备、专业剖析、数据分析、教育宣传等方面的成功做法和经验,合理运用于教学诊改工作中,具有重要的现实意义。The establishment of higher vocational colleges' teaching work diagnosis and improvement system is a practical exploration of self-evaluation in higher vocational colleges. The diagnosis and assessment are both different and more relevant. They forms the education QA system of modern higher vocational education. At present, comprehensive promotion of teaching diagnosis is the key work of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational assessment has many successful practices and experiences in protection measures, classification guidance, expert staffing, professional analysis, data analysis, education and publicity, etc. It is very important to fully absorb and use these successful experiences in teaching diagnosis and reform.
