摘  要:钢—超薄UHPC轻型组合桥面板中UHPC层太薄难以采用常规剪力连接件,笔者团队提出一种新型短钢筋剪力连接件替代常规连接件。首先对短钢筋连接件静力抗剪性能进行初步研究,研究方法采用常用静力推出试验方法。共设计3组(5个)短钢筋推出试件,其中焊缝长度包含15、20、30 mm。试验结果表明:试件存在2种破坏模式,分别为焊缝剪断和超高性能混凝土局部破坏模式;短钢筋连接件承载力随着焊缝长度增加而提高;短钢筋连接件抗剪承载力比栓钉更高。然后对实验模型采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行仿真分析。其中短钢筋连接件、钢板和超高性能混凝土均采用C3D8R单元,钢筋网采用C3D2桁架单元进行模拟。计算结果与试验值符合较好。在模型与试验相验证的基础上,进行了不同焊缝长和不同短钢筋直径的静力推出试件的有限元参数分析,探明了焊缝长和短钢筋直径对荷载-滑移曲线的影响规律。In order to substitute traditional shear connectors linking steel deck and UHPC(ultra-high performance concrete) in Light Composite Deck System, which is composed of orthotropic bridge deck and UHPC thin layer, an innovative application of short rebar connectors was proposed. Firstly, the shear behavior of the short rebar connectors was preliminarily studied through the static push-out tests. Three groups of five push-out Specimen with short rebar connectors were designed, of which the length of the welding was 15, 20, and 30 mm, respectively. The static push-out test results indicated that: there are two failure modes in the tests,which are the welding cut and the partial failure of the super high performance concrete;the ultimate shear bearing capacity of connectors increase with the growth of welding length;short rebar connectors in push-out specimens show higher shear bearing capacity than that of studs.Then the experimental model was simulated and analyzed based on the ABAQUS finite element software.The C3D8R element was used in the simulation of short rebar connections, steel plate, and UHPC,and the C3D2 truss element was used to simulate the rebar mesh. The calculation results agree well with experimental values.Based on the verification of the model and the test, finite element analysis of the statically push-out tests with different welding lengths and different short rebar diameters was performed, and the influence of the two on the load-slip curve was ascertained.
