复合镗刀在加强套加工中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过研究加强套图纸,对加强套气缸孔的加工项点进行分析,提出了采用复合镗刀进行加工的方案,通过合理的搭配粗精加工,设计出合适的镗刀,准确控制了产品的加工质量。In this paper, machining items of the cylinder hole in the strongback are analyzed through research on the strongback drawings, and the processing plan of compound boring cutter is then presented. Through the reasonable combination of rough and fine maching, the appropriate boring cutter is designed, and thus the maching quality of products could be controlled accurately.
