摘 要:我国高校创新创业教育组织变迁的主线可分为酝酿期、萌芽期、自主探索期和全面建设期四个阶段。基于社会经济发展需求、创新创业文化推动、国际创新创业教育实践等外部因素的影响,以及高校创新创业教育实践经验的积累、毕业生就业压力的不断增大、组织变革的成本控制等内部动因的推动,具有中国特色的高校创业学院产生并以蓬勃之势发展起来,但其只是我国高校创新创业变革轨迹中的一点,创新创业教育组织将持续变革。The main line of organizational change of innovation and entrepreneurship education could be divided into such four stages as the brewing stage,the budding stage,the independent exploration stage and the comprehensive construction stage.Based on external factors such as demands of social economic development,promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship culture and the influence of international innovation and entrepreneurship education practice,as well as internal factors like accumulation of practical experience in university innovation and entrepreneurship education,the increasing pressure of employment and cost control of organizational change,university entrepreneurship colleges with Chinese characteristics emerged and developed vigorously.However,entrepreneurship colleges were only one part of innovation and entrepreneurship reform in Chinas colleges and universities,which would continue to change.
