摘　　要：目的调查ICU 护士共情疲劳、工作压力和心理弹性现状,并分析共情疲劳的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2018年2月选取河南省两所三甲医院的ICU护士117名作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版共情疲劳简短量表、中国护士工作压力源量表、中文版Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)对ICU护士进行调查,采用单因素分析、Pearson相关分析以及多元线性回归分析ICU护士共情疲劳的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷109份。ICU护士共情疲劳、工作压力和心理弹性得分分别为(48.62±12.24)、(90.12±15.64)、(42.77±13.54)分。Pearson相关分析显示,ICU护士共情疲劳与工作压力呈正相关,与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,ICU护士的心理弹性是共情疲劳的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 ICU护士的共情疲劳水平受护士工作压力和心理弹性的影响,因此,护理管理者应采取措施降低ICU护士工作压力,提高护士心理弹性水平,从而改善ICU护士的共情疲劳状况。Objective To investigate the status of compassion fatigue, work stress and resilience of ICU nurses, and analyze the influencing factors of compassion fatigue. Methods By convenience sampling method, 117 ICU nurses from two Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in He'nan Province were selected in February, 2018. The nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire, Chinese version of Compassion Fatigue Short Scale, Chinese version of Work Stressors Scale for Nurses and Chinese version of Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale( CD-RISC). The influencing factors of compassion fatigue among ICU nurses were analyzed by single factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results A total of 109 valid questionnaires were collected. The scores of compassion fatigue, work stress and resilience of ICU nurses were( 48.62±12.24),( 90.12±15.64),( 42.77±13.54) respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that compassion fatigue was positively correlated with work stress and negatively correlated with resilience( P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that resilience of ICU nurses was the influencing factor of compassion fatigue( P < 0.01). Conclusions The level of compassion fatigue of ICU nurses is affected by their job stress and psychological resilience. We should pay more attention on the compassion fatigue of nurses with high job stress and low level of psychological resilience.
