摘 要:全民防灾教育是国民教育的重要内容,防灾教育开展情况是考量国民素质教育程度的重要指标。地震是我国最为严重的灾害之一。小学生因其活动范围属于人员密集型场所,加之缺乏自我防护意识和避险技能,承灾心理能力较弱,往往成为地震灾害的弱势群体。因此,本文调查分析了小学生防震减灾教育的开展情况,发现小学生主要通过电视节目和互联网这两种途径来学习防震减灾知识,小学防震减灾科普教育中存在着学生防震减灾认识度较低、防震演习缺乏实效性、防震减灾知识真假难辨、防震减灾教育机制不完善等问题,针对防震减灾科普情况存在的问题提出了改进的对策。National disaster prevention education is an important part of national education.The development of disaster prevention education is an important indicator to consider the level of national quality education.The earthquake is one of the most serious disasters in China.Because primary school students are in a crowd-intensive place,and lack of self-protection awareness and risk-avoidance skills,the mental capacity of the primary school students is weak and often becomes a vulnerable group of earthquake disasters.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction education for primary school students,and finds that primary school students mainly learn about earthquake prevention and disaster reduction through TV programs and the Internet.The science education for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in primary schools has low awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,and earthquake prevention exercises.The lack of effectiveness,the knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is difficult to distinguish,the education mechanism for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is imperfect,and so on.The countermeasures for improving the science of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are proposed.
