摘　　要：在大数据技术背景下,医学信息管理专业人才的培养也面临的新的挑战与机遇,利用微课等新的教学方法与手段,优化医学信管专业的培养模式,以适应社会对医学信息管理专业人才需求的变化,提高该专业的教学质量及毕业生的就业能力。Under the background of big data technology,the major of medical information management is also facing new challenges and opportunities.By using new teaching methods and means such as micro-courses,the training mode of medical information management specialty is optimized to adapt to the changes of social demand for medical information management professionals,and to improve the teaching quality of this specialty and the employment ability of graduates.
