摘　　要：语用距离存在于图书馆的各个窗口,图书馆员应掌握语言交际策略,运用合适的称呼语、灵活的委婉表达、巧妙的无声语言与读者展开不同的交际模式,动态地调控馆读之间的语用距离,实现图书馆高效和谐的信息服务。Pragmatic distance exists in each window of the library. Librarians should master the strategy of language communication, and then can use the appropriate salutation, flexible euphemism, clever silent language. dealing with different readers and the way of communication, dynamically regulating the pragmatic distance between the library and readers. then achieve efficient and harmonious information service of the library.
