摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及其受体(IGF-1R)是胰岛素样生长因子的重要组成部分,IGF-1、IGF-1R的激活可能与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,临床上认为可从IGF-1、IGF-1R与恶性肿瘤的关系进行研究,为恶性肿瘤的临床诊断及治疗提供参考。肾癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,明确IGF-1、IGF-1R在肾癌组织的表达及临床意义,可为肾癌的临床诊治提供帮助。本文主要是针对IGF-1、IGF-1R的结构与功能进行阐述,再对IGF-1、IGF-1R与恶性肿瘤的关系进行阐述,再对IGF-1、IGF-1R在肾癌组织中的表达进行阐述,分析以IGF-1、IGF-1R为治疗靶点的肾癌分子靶向治疗。Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and its receptor (IGF-1R) are important components of insulin-like growth factor, IGF-1, the activation of IGF-1R may be closely related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors. It is suggested that the relationship between IGF-1, IGF-1R and malignant tumors can be studied in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor. The expression of IGF-1, IGF-1R in RCC and its clinical significance can be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma. This article is mainly about the structure and function of IGF-1, IGF-1R, the relationship between IGF-1, IGF-1R and malignant tumor, the expression of IGF-1, IGF-1R in renal cell carcinoma, and the analysis of IGF-1, IGF-1R is a molecular targeted therapy for renal cell carcinoma.
