摘　　要：目的探讨浙江省宁波地区不同年龄人群幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)耐药性。方法对2016至2018年采集的H. pylori培养菌株进行6种常用抗菌药物(阿莫西林、克拉霉素、左氧氟沙星、呋喃唑酮、四环素、甲硝唑)耐药性检测,并对不同年龄段人群的H.pylori耐药特征进行分析。结果 614份胃窦黏膜标本分离出幽门螺杆菌菌株483株,阳性率78.66%,对克拉霉素、左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑的耐药率在各年龄组中有随着患者年龄增长而呈上升的趋势(克拉霉素组,χ_(趋势)~2=8.031,P<0.01;左氧氟沙星组,χ2趋势=39.730,P<0.01;甲硝唑组,χ_(趋势)~2=22.774,P<0.01)。各年龄组H. pylori对不同组合抗菌药物的耐药率随着患者年龄增长而呈上升的趋势。结论宁波地区各年龄组H. pylori对单一抗菌药物耐药水平及不同组合抗菌药物的耐药率随着患者年龄增长而呈上升趋势。Objective To investigate the drug resistance to Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)in different age groups in Ningbo city of Zhejiang Province.Methods Six commonly used antibiotics(amoxicillin,clarithromycin,levofloxacin,furazolidone,tetracycline and metronidazole)were tested in cultured H.pylori clinical strains collected from2016 to 2018,and the drug resistance characteristics of different age groups were analyzed.Results Total 483 H.pylori strains were isolated from 614 gastric antrum mucosa specimens with a positive rate of 78.66%.The resistance rate to clarithromycin was 36.85%(178/483),to levofloxacin resistance was 55.07%(266/483),to metronidazole resistance was 96.89%(468/483).Resistance rates to clarithromycin,levofloxacin and metronidazole increased with age(Х^2=8.031,P<0.01;Х^2=39.730,P<0.01;Х^2=22.774,P<0.01,respectively).Drug resistance rates of different combinations of antibiotics also increased with age.Conclusion The levels of single antibiotic resistance and different combinations of antibiotic resistance of H.pylori infected patients in Ningbo are increased with age.
