摘  要:浇口的位置设计不当会使得注塑充模过程中残留在成型腔中的气体无法及时排除,在注塑过程中可能会出现欠注、气穴、熔接痕等注塑问题。采用常规方法反复试模耗时耗力,为解决此问题,给出了一种创新方法,基于模流分析对不同浇口位置进行流动模拟,分析可能存在翘曲和熔接痕的位置,然后进行方案优化,从而找出最佳的浇口数量及位置,为模具设计提供了依据。The improper gate position will make the residual gas in the injection cavity unable to be eliminated in time,and the injection problems such as under injection,air pockets,weld line and may occur in the injection process.It is time-consuming and labor-consuming to test the mold repeatedly by conventional method.Therefore,an innovative method is proposed to simulate the flow of different gate locations based on the model flow analysis.The possible location of warpage and weld line may be analyzed,and then the scheme optimization is carried out to find out the optimal number and location of gate,which provides a basis for mould design.Based on the mold flow analysis to flow simulation of different gate location,analysis may exist warp and the position of weld mark,scheme optimization,so as to find out the best gate number and position,provided the basis for mould design.
