摘  要:为了解郑州市区主要河流春季浮游藻类的时空变化,分别于1999、2000、2015、2016年春季调查其种类组成、个体数量,并计算其多样性指数.结果表明:郑州市区主要河流春季浮游藻类组成基本上以绿藻、蓝藻与硅藻为优势,黄藻、金藻与甲藻偶尔出现,裸藻出现频率较大,但均不占优势;金水河自上游至下游沿程,浮游藻类的门类数、种类数与个体数量总体上均增加,多样性指数略下降.浮游藻类发生明显变化的时间大致在4月份,自1999年至2016年,种类数整体减少,2015年后个体数量明显下降,2016年数量显著下降.郑州市区主要河流基本上处于中营养化水平,水质属于轻污染,没有出现富营养化与贫营养化.研究结果可为北方城市河流的浮游藻类与水体富营养化长时间动态研究提供借鉴,以及为污染防治与水域的景观化利用提供依据.In this paper,to understand the spatial and temporal dynamic of phytoplankton of the main river in the spring in Zhengzhou City,the phytoplankton species and its individual number was surveyed in spring of 1999,2000, 2015 and 2016,respectively.The Shannon-Weiner index was also calculated.The results showed that the phytoplankton in the main rivers of Zhengzhou City in the spring were mainly dominated by Chlorophyta,Cyanobacteria and Bacillariophyta. The Xanthophyta,Chrysophyta and Pyrrhophyta were occurred occasionally.The Euglenophyta was occurred frequently but was not the dominant one.From the upstream to downstream of Jinshui River,the species and individual number were increased on the whole,while the diversity index was decreased slightly.The species and individual number obviously were changed about in April.From 1999 to 2016,the species number was decreased.The individual number was decreased significantly after 2015,especially in year 2016.We found the main rivers in Zhengzhou were basically in the medium eutrophication condition,the water quality was lightly polluted,and there was no high eutrophication and poor eutrophication.The results can provide a reference for the long-term dynamic study on phytoplankton and water eutrophication in northern urban rivers,and provide a basis for the prevention and control of water pollution and the landscape utilization of water body.
