摘　　要：郑州建设综合性国家科学中心机遇与挑战同在、优势与劣势并存,未来要优化申建策略,创造特色申建模式:明确建设目标、优化建设路径、突出特色领域、构建框架体系,推进科技、产业、城建联动互动,构建"1+4+1+2"科创框架体系;突出农业特色,聚焦农业、大健康、新一代信息技术、高端装备、新材料、新能源等六大领域,形成"北部黄河、南部嵩山、北部科学、南部产业"布局,南北遥相呼应,一体化连接;推进科学基地与产业基地一体化布局,形成"知识发现—技术创新—孵化基地—新兴产业"完整链条和生态圈体系.Zhengzhou constructs the comprehensive national center of science,will facing opportunities and the challenges,advantages and disadvantages coexist.In the future,Zhengzhou must optimize the strategies,clear construction targets,optimize the construction path,highlight the characteristics of field,to promote science and technology,industry,the interactive mechanism between the urban construction,construct the"1+1+2+4"science and technology framework,highlight the characteristics of agriculture,focusing on agriculture,health,a new generation of information technology,high-end equipment,new materials,new energy and so on six areas,forming"north of the Yellow River,south of Song Shan,north of science,south of industry"layout,north-south summit,the integration of connection.Propel the integrated layout of science bases and industrial bases,and forming a complete chain and ecosystem of"knowledge discovery-technological innovation-incubation base-emerging industries".
