摘 要:目的:调查护理实习生(护生)灵性照顾能力现状,为提升护生灵性照顾能力提供有效对策与建议。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷及中文版灵性照顾能力量表,对长沙市某三级甲等医院380名护生进行调查。结果:护生灵性照顾能力得分为(76.33±14.24)分,存在提升的空间。在中文版灵性照顾能力量表中的6个维度中,交流能力(4.22±0.79)得分最高,转介能力(3.09±0.97)得分最低。结论:护生灵性照顾能力有待提高,护理教育及管理者应给予正确的指导并开展灵性照顾教育,以提高其灵性照顾能力。Objective: To investigate the current status of spiritual care ability of nursing interns, for providing reference for enhancing their spiritual care ability. Methods: Totally 380 nursing interns of a grade A tertiary hospital in Changsha were investigate with general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Spiritual Care Ability Scale (SCCS). Results: The score of spiritual care ability was (76.33±14.24), with a large promotion space. Among the six dimentions, communication ability (4.22±0.79) got the highest score, while referral to professions (3.09±0.97) got the lowest score. Conclusion: The spiritual care ability of nursing interns needs to be improved. Nursing educators and managers should give correct guidance, carry out spiritual care education and explore the spiritual care patterns with Chinese characteristics, in order to promote spiritual care ability of nursing students.
