摘　　要：研究我校高分子材料与工程专业实验教学中存在的问题及不足,提出了崭新的实验教学体系改革措施。通过转变理念、重视实验教学,更新实验教学内容,改进实验教学方法,加强高学历、双师双能型实验教师的引进与培养等教育改革模式,进一步探索更好的实验教学体系和运行机制,为普通本科学校高分子材料与工程专业实验教学改革提供参考。The problems and insufficiency in Polymer Materials and Engineering experimental teaching in our school were studied,and the new reform measures of experimental teaching system were put forward.By changing ideas,attaching importance to experimental teaching,updating experimental teaching content,improving experimental teaching methods,strengthening introduction and training of experimental teachers who had highly educated and comprehensive ability,better experimental teaching system and operational mechanism were further explored,the reference for Polymer Materials and Engineering experimental teaching reform in ordinary undergraduate school was provided.
