摘 要:随着我国煤矿深部开采时代的来临,深部软岩层状巷道的稳定性问题越来越受到人们的关注。国内许多煤矿企业没有对深部巷道所处的复杂环境进行针对性的支护设计,从而产生了大大小小的安全问题。为了研究深部软岩巷道的变形及破坏规律,结合徐州矿区旗山矿的工程实际,制作了巷道物理模型,设计了不同地应力条件下的加载试验,成功模拟了深部煤岩体在自重应力和水平构造应力共同作用下的变形及破坏过程,并通过红外图像记录应力集中区域以及能量释放区域,形象再现了实际工程现场巷道两帮非对称变形、底鼓、冒落等破坏现象。研究内容可为深部层状软岩巷道稳定条件和支护方式的确定提供参考。With the coming of the age of deep coal mining in our country,the stability of deep soft rock roadway obtains a growing concern. Many coal mining enterprises in China have no specific design for complex environment of deep roadway,which has caused many safety problems. In order to study the deformation and failure laws of deep soft rock roadway,the physical roadway model was made and the loading experiment under different in-situ stress conditions was designed in combination with the actual engineering practice of Qishan Mine in Xuzhou. The deformation and failure process of deep coal rock mass under the joint action of gravity stress and horizontal tectonic stress were simulated successfully,and the stress concentration region and energy release area were recorded by IR picture.The phenomenon of asymmetric deformation,floor heave and caving in the actual engineering site was reproduced in this paper. The research results in this paper provide a reference for the stability conditions and supporting methods of deep layered soft rock roadway engineering.
