论《地下铁道》中黑奴的识字与越界

摘　　要：科森·怀特黑德通过《地下铁道》一书重新书写美国奴隶制度下黑奴艰辛的识字历程及由此带来的越界行为,旨在说明以下事实:黑奴识字在提升自我认知的过程中,跨越的不仅仅是由白人奴隶主设定的种种界限,更是挑战白人统治阶级的权威、争取自我权利的斗争,黑奴识字的越界行为在开启混乱、重现黑奴非人的生存境遇的同时,也化身为文化的再生产动力,通过重审界限来确保社会的进步。Through The Underground Railroad,Colson Whitehead rewrote the slaves’ struggling process of literacy politics and its transgression under the American slavery system.His aim is to awaken people that in the process of raising self-awareness,what the boundaries transgressed by the slaves are not only the boundaries set by the white slave owners but also the challenge of the authority of the ruling class,and the battle for self-power.The slaves’ literacy and transgression opened the door of the chaos but at the same time,reproduced the power of culture,and through the reexamination of boundaries to ensure the social progress.
