摘　　要：目的探讨心理支持治疗对乳腺癌患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取112例乳腺癌患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组患者接受肿瘤外科常规管理和健康教育,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受心理支持治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、世界卫生组织生存质量(WHOQOL-100)评定量表比较两组患者治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁情况及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境及精神支柱评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的上述各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理支持治疗能够明显改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of supportive psychotherapy on the psychological state and quality of life of breast cancer patients. Method A total of 112 patients with breast cancer were included in the study and randomized as study group and control group using a random number table, with 56 cases in each. The control group was given routine surgical management and health education, while the study group was administered with supportive psychotherapy in addition to the same routine management in control group. The differences in anxiety, depression, and quality of life between the two groups were compared using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), and the World Health Organization quality of life (WHOQOL-100) assessment scale. Result The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05);besides, the study group had lower scores than that of control group (P<0.01). Significant increase regarding the scores of physiological health, psychological, dependence, social relationships, environment and spirituality were observed in both groups after treatment, additionally, these scores were higher in study group compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Supportive psychotherapy can significantly improve the psychological health of breast cancer patients and ameliorate their quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
