微课纳入老年远程教育体系推动“互联网+”时代老年教育供给侧改革的研究

摘　　要：在快速老龄化的国情下,积极发展老年教育是我国实现积极老龄化、建设学习型社会、构建终身教育体系的重要举措。目前我国的老年教育却存在教育需求大而教育受众率低、城乡发展不均衡等供需矛盾,而且矛盾主要存在于供给侧,推动远程教育的发展,可以推动供给侧的改革、有效缓解老年教育供需矛盾。当前"互联网+"时代信息技术的飞快发展、老年网民数量的迅速提升,因此应当将微课纳入老年远程教育体系,开展移动学习终端的科学设计和传播,才能切实推动"互联网+"时代老年教育的供给侧改革,促进我国老年教育事业的发展。Under the aging national conditions, actively developing old - age education is an important measure for China to achieve active aging, build a learning society, and build a lifelong education system. At present, there is a contradiction between supply and demand in China's old - age education, such as large demand for education, low education audience, and uneven urban and rural development. Contradictions mainly exist on the supply side, promoting the development of distance education, which can promote supply - side reform and effectively alleviate the supply and demand of old - age education. contradiction. At present, the rapid development of information technology in the era of “Internet +” and the rapid increase in the number of Internet users in the elderly should be included in the old - age distance education system and the scientific design and dissemination of mobile learning terminals in order to effectively promote the “Internet +” era. The supply - side reform of old - age education promotes the development of China's old - age education.
