茶文化理念下高校教学管理队伍建设研究

摘　　要：对于高校教学管理队伍中出现的问题和教学管理人员素质要求,引入茶文化理念,举办各种茶文化活动,弘扬茶人精神,学习茶道精神的内涵,推动教学管理人员自我完善,建设高水平的高校教学管理队伍。As for the problems in the teaching management team and the quality requirements of the teaching management staff, we should introduce the concept of tea culture, hold various tea cultural activities, promote the spirit of tea people, learn the connotation of the spirit of tea ceremony, promote the self - improvement of the teaching management staff, and build a high - level teaching management team in higher colleges.
