摘　　要：抗氧化剂是机体防御氧化应激的重要物质,能够通过减少细胞内活性氧的含量维持体内氧化还原物质的平衡。研究表明新型抗氧化剂能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、抑制血管生成及抑制肿瘤细胞的转移,对多种泌尿系统肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用。抗氧化剂在泌尿系统肿瘤的预防及治疗中极具应用价值,有望成为抗肿瘤新药。Antioxidants are important substances in the body against oxidative stress,which can maintain the balance of redox substances by reducing the content of reactive oxygen species in cells.Studies have shown that new antioxidants have significant inhibitory effects on the growth of urological neoplasms by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,disturbing angiogenesis and metastasis of tumor cells.Antioxidants are of great value in the prevention and treatment of urinary system tumors and are expected to become new anti-tumor drugs.
