摘 要:随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)在恶性肿瘤的诊治方面显示出一定的价值,二代测序技术的出现使血浆ctDNA检测更为精准、快速。ctDNA凭借其安全、非侵入性等优点在卵巢癌的早期诊断、病情监测、疗效评估、指导用药等方面发挥了一定作用。尽管目前血浆ctDNA检测的应用仍存在不足,但随着测序技术的不断发展,血浆ctDNA在卵巢癌的诊断、个性化治疗及预后评估等方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。With the continued development of molecular biology technologies,circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)has shown certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.The emergence of next generation sequencing technology makes ctDNA detection more accurate and rapid.ctDNA plays a certain role in the early diagnosis,disease monitoring,therapeutic evaluation and medication guide of ovarian cancer by virtue of its safety and non-invasiveness.The application of ctDNA detection is insufficient at present,but with the continuous development of sequencing technology,ctDNA will play increasingly important roles in the diagnosis,personalized treatment and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer.
