高度近视小切口超声乳化白内障术后远期临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究高度近视小切口超声乳化白内障术后远期临床疗效。方法研究对象为方便选取100例高度近视白内障患者,时间在2015年8月—2018年8月之间,对其实施小切口超声乳化白内障术治疗,后分析治疗前后不同时间段敏感度、角膜内皮细胞计数。结果在不同空间频率下,术后各个时间段对比敏感度与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在6cpd、12cpd空间频率下,术后3个月、术后1年对比敏感度与术后1周对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在3cpd、18cpd空间频率下,术后对比敏感度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周、术后3个月、术后1年与术前不同时间段敏感度相比差异有统计学意义(t=3.40、36.60、40.66;t=24.74、37.44、33.13;t=24.51、27.72、32.86;t=27.20、26.74、29.60;P<0.05)。术后3个月角膜内皮细胞计数与术前相比差异有统计学意义(t=893.80、25.76、74.04;P<0.05)。结论高度近视小切口超声乳化白内障术后远期临床疗效显著,且具有较高安全性,值得研究。Objective To study the long-term clinical effect of high myopia small incision phacoemulsification after cataract surgery. Methods The selected subjects were 100 patients with high myopia cataract. The patients underwent small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery between August 2015 and August 2018. The sensitivity and cornea endothelial cell count of different time periods before and after treatment were analyzed. Results At different spatial frequencies, the con-trast sensitivity at various time points was significantly different from that before surgery(P<0.05). At 6 cpd, 12 cpd spatial frequency, postoperative 3 months, postoperative one year contrast sensitivity with 1 week after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative contrast sensitivity at 3 cpd and 18 cpd spatial frequency (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in sensitivity between 1 week after surgery, 3 months after surgery, and one year after surgery at different time points before surgery (t=3.40, 36.60, 40.66;t=24.74, 37.44, 33.13;t= 24.51, 27.72, 32.86;t=27.20, 26.74, 29.60;P<0.05). The corneal endothelial cell counts at 3 months after surgery were dif-ferent from those before surgery (t= 893.80, 25.76, 74.04;P<0.05). Conclusion The long-term clinical effect of high myopia small incision phacoemulsification cataract is significant and safe, which is worthy of study.
