运用快慢补泻手法治疗小儿便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究小儿推拿手法中频率快慢补泻治疗小儿便秘的临床效果。方法方便收集2017年2月—2018年3月在该院接受治疗的便秘患儿90例纳入本次研究,将所选患儿按照治疗措施的差异性急性分组,将其中45例使用常规推拿治疗的患儿作为对照组,另外45例使用快慢补泻手法治疗的患儿作为观察组,对比观察2组患儿临床治疗效果。结果对2组便秘患儿采用不同的推拿手法进行治疗,对比观察组与对照组患儿治疗有效率95.6%与73.3%后发现,观察组患儿治疗措施效果更优;由此观察组患儿不良反应情况发生率1例低于对照组患儿不良反应发生率6例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于便秘患儿使用频率快慢补泻推拿手法进行治疗,有助于提升临床治疗效果,缓解患儿症状,值得在临床上进行推广使用。Objective To study the clinical effect of frequency and slow diarrhea in children's massage therapy for children with constipation. Methods 90 children with constipation who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. The selected children were acutely grouped according to the difference of treatment mea-sures, and 45 of them were treated with conventional massage as the control group, and another 45 children who were treat-ed with fast and slow diarrhea treatment were used as observation group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Two groups of constipation children were treated with different massage techniques. The effective rate of treatment was 95.6% and 73.3% in the observation group and the control group. The observation group was better in the treatment measures;The incidence of adverse reactions in children was lower than that in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of children with constipation, the frequency of use of diarrhea and massage is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect and alleviate the symptoms of children. It is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
