摘  要:目的:采用四氯化碳(CCl_4)诱导的急性化学性肝损伤动物模型,评价3种植物功能盐(竹盐、松盐和梅盐)对试验小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的防护作用。方法:将45只5周龄的C57BL/6健康雄性小鼠适应性喂养7天后随机分成9组,末次给药1h后,模型组和试验组小鼠均腹腔注射0.1%的CCl_4橄榄油溶液,剂量为10mL/kg·bw,正常组给予等体积的橄榄油作为对照。禁食过夜,16h后取血液和肝脏样本,测定血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活性和谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的活性;测定肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力;同时,观察试验小鼠肝组织的病理损伤程度。结果:竹盐、松盐和梅盐均可不同程度地降低血清转氨酶(AST和ALT)的水平,降低肝脏的MDA含量、提高GSH水平及T-SOD活力,并减轻肝脏的病理性损伤。结论:以竹盐为代表的3种植物功能盐对CCl_4诱导的小鼠急性化学性肝损伤均有一定的保护作用。Objective:The protective effects of three plant functional salts (bamboo salt, pine salt and plum salt) on acute chemical liver injury in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 ) are studied. Methods: Forty- five healthy C57BL/6 male mice are randomly divided into 9 groups after 7 days' adaptive feeding. 1 h after the last dosing, the mice in the model group and the experimental group are intraperitoneally injected with 0.1% CCl 4 olive oil solution at a dose of 10 mL/kg·bw, and the normal group with the same volume of olive oil as the control group. All mice are forbidden to eat overnight, and blood and liver samples are taken after 16 h. The activities of alanine transaminase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in liver homogenate, and the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and GSH-px in liver homogenate are measured. At the same time, the pathological damage degree of liver tissues in mice are examined.Results:Bamboo salt, pine salt and plum salt could reduce the activities of serum transaminase (AST and ALT), reduce the content of MDA in liver, increase GSH level and SOD activity, and alleviate the pathological damage of liver.Conclusion:Three kinds of plant functional salts all show certain functions on chemical liver injury in mice induced by CCl 4.
