摘  要:以市售乐陵金丝小枣枣皮为提取原料,对乐陵小枣枣皮色素的提取方法进行优化研究。利用不同浓度的NaOH作为提取剂,分别应用碱液浸提-超声波协同辅助提取法、超声波-纤维素酶辅助碱液提取法、微波-纤维素酶辅助碱液提取法、超声波-微波协同辅助提取法进行正交试验,对比其提取率。结果显示:应用超声波-纤维素酶辅助碱液提取法、碱液浸提-超声波协同辅助提取法和微波-纤维素酶辅助碱液提取法提取率相差不大。基于省时节能的原则,推荐碱液浸提-超声波协同辅助提取法,操作简单方便,值得进一步推广及应用。The extraction method of pigment from the peel of Leling Ziziphus jujuba is optimized by using the peel of Leling Ziziphus jujuba as the raw material. Using NaOH of different concentration as extractant, orthogonal experiments are carried out to compare the extraction rate of NaOH by alkali extraction-ultrasound assisted extraction, ultrasound cellulase assisted alkali extraction, microwave-cellulase assisted alkali extraction and ultrasound-microwave assisted extraction.The results show that the extraction rates of ultrasonic-cellulase assisted alkali extraction, alkali extraction- ultrasonic assisted extraction and microwave-cellulase assisted alkali extraction are similar. Based on the principle of time-saving and energy-saving, the method of alkali extraction- ultrasonic assisted extraction is recommended, which is simple and convenient to operate and worthy of further promotion and application.
