摘  要:以高速铁路线路平顺性管理指数TQI为依据,确定用于高速试验台的T形槽导轨的不平顺状态,结果显示T形槽导轨不平顺状态较差,尤其是轨向不平顺状态很不理想;通过分析当前轨道不平顺状态,决定利用最小二乘法拟合最优直线的方案,其中,在确定直线的最优截距时,以工程造价中的工程成本为指标,通过寻优迭代的策略确定拟合直线的最优截距;最后通过数据分析对原起重机轨道Bz轨进行基础改造,以此给出高效、经济的T形槽导轨调整方案。In this paper,based on the TQI of the high-speed railway line smoothness management index, it is determined that the T-slot track is in a poor state of irregularity,especially in the track irregularity state;it is decided to use the least square method fitting best-fit straight line by analyzing the current track irregularity,when determining the optimal intercept of a straight line,the engineering cost in the engineering cost is taken as the index,determines the optimal intercept of the baselinefitting straight line through a strategy of optimizing iterations;and performs basic reconstruction of the original reference orbit Bz through data analysis,and proposes an efficient and economical method of T-slot adjustment scheme.
