胃癌组织中miRNA182表达与患者病情进展及预后之间的关联分析

摘　　要：目的分析讨论miRNA182表达特征与胃癌病情进展及预后的关联情况。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在青海省人民医院接受治疗的首发未转移胃癌患者75例,选择所有患者胃癌原发灶及癌旁正常黏膜组织作为研究对象,全部患者随访2年,收集并分析miRNA182表达与不同疾病进展状态以及随访预后之间的关联情况。结果胃癌组织中的miRNA182的相对表达量远高于癌旁组织;分别使用性别、年龄以及肿瘤的直径和分期进行分层分析,胃癌组织中的表达量在各个亚层中也均高于癌旁组织中的表达量;且胃癌组织中的miRNA182表达水平在肿瘤直径≥5 cm以及肿瘤TNM分期在Ⅲ和Ⅳ期患者中更高;不同预后状态之间的miRNA182表达量提示复发、转移以及死亡的患者miRNA182表达水平分别高于未复发、未转移以及存活的患者水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中miRNA182表达水平增高,肿瘤原发灶越大、分期越高,miRNA182表达水平也越高,即病情相对严重的患者miRNA182表达更高;而且miRNA182高表达提示病情进展以及预后不良。Objective To analyze the correlations of miRNA182 expressions with progression and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 75 patients with first-episode gastric cancer admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 were included in the study.Primary lesions of gastric cancer and adjacent normal mucosa were selected as the target of research.These patients were followed up for 2 years to collect and analyze the association between miRNA182 expressions and disease progression and prognosis.Results The relative expression of miRNA182 in gastric cancer tissues was much higher than that in the paracancerous tissues,paracancerous tissues and in tumor tissues.The expression of microRNA182 was higher in gastric cancer tissues with tumor diameter(≥5 cm)and TNM staging in stagesⅢandⅣ.and in patients with relapse,metastasis or those dead,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miRNA182 in gastric carcinoma is higher.The larger the primary tumor,the higher the stage,the higher the expression of miRNA182,that is,the expression of miRNA182 is higher in patients in critical condition,and the high expression of miRNA182 suggests the progression of disease and poor prognosis.
