摘　　要：为进一步规范舰艇鉴定定型试验模式转变和能力建设的要求,立足试验领域改革实践,系统分析舰艇试验的主要特点、实施依据和发展需求,提出定型考核的总体策略,从组织机构与运行机制、阶段划分与考核内容、实施模式与手段方法、技术管控与风险预测、标准体系与法规制度等角度论述了定型考核总体规划的内容,探讨了项目体系设置、实施程序分解、集成环境构设、作战想定推演和评估方法构建等方案设计方法,为新型驱护舰鉴定定型工作的顶层设计和创新研究提供技术参考。To normalizing requirements of qualification test generation mode and new capacity construction of ship test,basis on equipment test reform practice,the main features,implement gist and development demand were systematically analyzed.The total strategy and planning of ship test was proposed,including organization and operation,stage division and test content,application mode and method,technical management and risks precaution,standard and regulations and so on.The design approach of test projects were put forward,which refer to itemized schedule description,implementation process decomposing,integrated environment construction,simulation deduction designing,and assessment method establishing.The research provides theoretical supports for ship qualification test top design and innovation research.
