腹腔镜根治术治疗直肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较开放手术与腹腔镜根治术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1-12月本院收治直肠癌患者60例,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予开放手术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜根治术治疗。比较两组患者临床资料及术后随访结果。结果:两组局部复发率、远处转移率、2年生存率、2年无瘤生存率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、术后住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与开放手术相比,腹腔镜根治术治疗直肠癌具有明显优势。Objective:To compare of the clinical effects of open surgery and laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of rectal cancer.Method:60 patients with rectal cancer were selected from January to December 2015 in our hospital and were according to the random number table method divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was given laparoscopic radical resection.The clinical data and follow-up results were compared between two groups. Result:The local recurrence rate,distance metastasis rate,2-year survival rate and 2-year disease free survival were compared between two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic radical resection has an obvious advantage in the treatment of rectal cancer.
