摘  要:对6063空心铝型材挤压过程进行数值模拟,获得型材"丁字位"区域同方向的金属流速和位移,分析型材产生印痕的原因和表面内凹量,并在合理位置添加阻流块,优化模具结构。模拟和验证实验均表明,阻流块可以有效控制流速,使"丁字位"上的流速更加均匀,型材"丁字位"表面内凹量减小,产品达到生产要求。The numerical simulation of extrusion process for 6063 hollow aluminum profile was performed,and the metal flow velocity and displacement toward the same direction of the“T-cross section”of the aluminum profile were obtained. Then,based on the analysis of the causes for indentation and number of dimples on the surface,a baffle block was installed at the appropriate position to optimize the die structure. Both simulation and verification test results showed that the baffleblock could effectively control the metal flow rate,leading to the uniform flow velocity for the T-cross section. Besides, the number of dimples on the surface of T-cross section was reduced. It was concluded that with this method,the quality of profile can meet the requirements for the product.
