摘　　要：随着高校图书馆微信平台的普及和发展,图书馆界学者对于微信平台功能与服务的探索也逐步深入。采用扎根理论的研究方式对高校图书馆微信平台所有用户进行了调查研究,对影响校内外用户使用体验的各类要素进行了比较分析,希望更全面、更广泛地利用高校图书馆微信平台为校内外微信平台用户提供理想的图书馆服务。With the development and popularization of the WeChat platform in university libraries,library researchers have explored the functions and services of the WeChat platform step by step.This paper uses grounded theory to investigate all users of WeChat platform of university library,and compares the influencing factors of the experience between intramural and extramural users attempting to make full use of the WeChat platform of university library to provide better library services for both intramural and extramural users of the WeChat platform.
