不同培养料配方对平菇生长的影响

摘　　要：为满足平菇生产发展的需求,研究不同培养料配方对平菇不同生长阶段的影响,以提高平菇的产量和质量并缩短生产周期,本试验比较了不同培养料配方对予平7号平菇菌丝、出菇情况以及产量、质量的影响。结果表明:适宜平菇生长的最佳培养基配方为棉籽壳92%、玉米面5%、磷酸二氢钾0.5%、硫酸镁0.5%、石灰1%、石膏1%,菌丝粗壮浓密、生长速度快、生物学效率高,生物学效率可达89.64%。In order to meet the needs of the development of Pleurotus ostreatus production,the effects of different media formulations on different growth stages of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied to improve the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and shorten the production cycle. The effects of different media formulations on mycelium,mushroom production,yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus Yuping 7 were compared. The results showed that the optimum medium for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was 92% cottonseed hull,5% corn flour,0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.5% magnesium sulfate,1% lime and 1% gypsum. The mycelium was thick and dense,the growth speed was fast,and the biological efficiency was high. The biological efficiency could reach 89.64%.
