摘 要:基于Navier-Stokes方程和SST k-ω湍流模型,对离心泵内部流动进行数值模拟,分析离心泵蜗舌区瞬态流动特性。计算所得扬程和效率与试验结果吻合较好,模拟方法可行。结果表明:不同流量下,蜗舌区压力脉动的主要影响因素是动静干涉作用,压力脉动主频均为叶频及其倍频;小流量时,压力脉动幅值随流量的减小而增加,压力脉动低频段出现一些复杂激励频率,流量降至0. 4Qd时,甚至出现1/5fr(叶轮转频);设计流量时压力脉动最大幅值在蜗舌端处最大,失速状态下在蜗舌靠近叶轮出口处最大,其值约为设计流量时的4. 9倍,是由此处随时间剧烈变化的旋涡引起。The unsteady flow in a centrifugal pump is numerically simulated by using Navier-Stokes equations and SST k-ω turbulence model.The calculation results are in good agreement with experimental results.Under the condition of different flow rate,the major source of volute tongue region pressure fluctuation is rotor-stator interactions,and the dominant frequency of pressure fluctuation is blade pass frequency and its harmonic frequency.Under the condition of low flow rate,the amplitude of pressure fluctuation increases with the decrease of flow rate and several complex frequencies are found in low frequency band of pressure spectrum.When the flow rate drops to 0.4 Q d,even 1/5 blade pass frequency appears.Under the condition of design flow rate,the maximum amplitude of pressure fluctuation appears at tongue tip.Under the condition of stall,the maximum amplitude appears at impeller outlet near the tongue with a value being about 4.9 times to that under the condition of design flow rate,which is caused by vortex evolving with time.
