摘  要:目的分析口腔临床中应用三维数字化扫描的临床效果。方法选择2016年10月~2018年10月本院收治的口腔义齿修复患者98例进行分组研究,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组患者予以石膏灌制模型制作义齿处理,观察组患者予以三维数字化扫描后制作义齿处理。调查患者对取模满意率与义齿适应性,评估临床效果,并比较分析。结果观察组患者对取模满意率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),同时义齿适应性Ⅰ级率上也明显优于对照组(P <0.05),临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论三维数字化扫描在口腔临床中有不错的价值,可节省繁琐步骤,减少材料与人工消耗,提高义齿适应性,使得患者对取模更满意,提高义齿修复效果,值得在口腔临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of three-dimensional digital scanning in oral clinic. Methods Ninetyeight patients with dental prosthesis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with plaster cast model to make denture, while patients in the observation group were treated with denture after threedimensional digital scanning. Compared and analyzed the satisfaction rate of patients with mode , denture adaptability, the clinical effect between the two group. Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the grade I rate of dentures adaptability was also significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional digital scanning is of good value in oral clinic, which can omit cumbersome steps, reduce material and labor consumption, improve denture adaptability, make patients more satisfied with mold taking and improve denture restoration effect. It is worthy of clinical application in oral.
