摘 要:[目的/意义]旨在提高图书馆用户的参与度及满意度。[方法/过程]通过对19位校内用户的深度访谈,结合用户参与行为模型,了解用户参与图书馆知识服务的能力、参与的意愿以及收益期望,总结可行的激励策略。[结果/结论]动机和认知是用户参与图书馆知识服务的主要驱动因素;用户参与对组织环境有一定的要求,但对外部激励的期望较小;线下沙龙和社交网络相结合的跨平台运行机制可提高用户的参与体验,保障参与的持续性。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to improve users’ participation and satisfaction.[Method/process] Based on the users’ participation behavior model, face-to-face interviews with 19 intra-school users were carried out to know the user engagement, willingness to participate, and revenue expectations, and then feasible incentive strategies were summarized.[Result/conclusion] Motivation and cognition are the main driving factors for users to participate in library knowledge services;participating users have higher requirements for organizational environment, but less response to external incentives;cross-platform operating mechanism, which combines offline salon and social network, can improve the users’ participation experience and ensure the continuity of participation.
