摘　　要：曾国藩与毛泽东都是湖南农家子弟,真正源于湖湘,并有各自的特点。跨越历史文明的长河,毛泽东与曾国藩两位的思想蕴含丰富的"德育资源"。曾国藩立志修身的道德修养、敢为人先的军事实践和字字珠玑的文章著作,对毛泽东早期思想的形成产生了深远影响,对今人去解读他们的成长轨迹,学习和借鉴他们的成才经验,共同致力于新时期的社会发展和道德建设,有重大的意义。Zeng Guofan and Mao Zedong were both children of Hunan farmers. Born and brought up in Hunan, they have their own characteristics. Along the long river of historical civilization, the thoughts of Mao Zedong and Zeng Guofan are rich in "virtual education resources". Zeng Guofan′s self-cultivation of moral cultivation, courage to be the first military practice, and sparkling ideas in his writings had a profound impact on the formation of Mao Zedong′s early thoughts. It is of great significance for modern people to interpret the growth trajectory, learn from the successful experience, and jointly commit themselves to social development and moral construction in the new era.
