木丹颗粒联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察木丹颗粒联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法选取100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,观察组给予木丹颗粒联合α-硫辛酸,对照组单用α-硫辛酸治疗,疗程为12周;治疗前后采用总症状评分(TSS)将2组各项指标进行比较,同时监测治疗前后2组血清Hcy水平。结果治疗12周后,观察组、对照组用药前后TSS评分均改善[(4.25±1.78)vs(2.15±1.42)分,(4.65±1.57)vs(3.45±1.65)分,P均<0.01]。2组治疗后TSS评分差异有统计学意义[(2.15±1.42)vs(3.45±1.65),P<0.01]。2组治疗前后Hcy比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论木丹颗粒联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经的疗效优于单用α-硫辛酸,可明显降低血清Hcy水平。Objective To observe the curative effects of Mudan granule combined with α-lipoic acid on the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and its effect on serum homocysteine (Hcy). Methods 100 patients with DPN were randomized into control group and treatment group.50 patients in control group were given α lipoic acid and 50 patients in treatment group were given Mudan granule combined with α-lipoic acid.We followed up all the patients for 12 weeks.Total Symptom Score (TSS) was used to compare the two groups before and after treatment.serum Hcy levels were monitored before and after treatment. Results In bothgroup TSS score improved significantly after drug therapy[(4.25±1.78) vs (2.15±1.42)score,(4.65±1.57) vs (3.45±1.65) score,all P <0.01].Compared with control group,the TSS score and serum Hcy level decreased significantly in treatment group after 12 weeks follow up(all P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with α-lipoic acid therapy the combination therapy of Mudan granule and α lipoic acid could improve clinical manifestations in patients with DPN.
