小梁切除术治疗眼外伤继发青光眼的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小梁切除术治疗眼外伤继发青光眼的效果。方法选择收治眼外伤继发青光眼患者160例(160眼),所有患者均于2016年1月—2018年1月在我院接受手术治疗,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(n=80)和常规组(n=80)。常规组接受周围虹膜切除术,实验组接受小梁切除术,统计两组手术效果。结果治疗前两组眼压对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后实验组眼压10～19 mmHg比例、20～25 mmHg比例高于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗前两组裸眼视力对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后实验组UCVA <0.01比例低于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗后实验组矫正视力上升比例高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论针对眼外伤继发青光眼患者应用小梁切除术治疗效果显著,其能够明显改善患者视力及眼压。Objective To investigate the effect of trabeculectomy on secondary glaucoma after ocular trauma.Methods 160 patients (160 eyes) with secondary glaucoma caused by eye trauma were selected.All patients received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018,and were divided into experimental group (n =80) and conventional group (n =80) according to the random number table method.Peripheral iridectomy was performed in the conventional group and trabeculectomy was performed in the experimental group.Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).After treatment,the proportion of 10~19 mmHg and 20~25 mmHg in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).The proportion of UCVA<0.01 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05).After treatment,the proportion of corrected visual acuity in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy is effective in the treatment of ocular trauma,which can significantly improve visual acuity and intraocular pressure.
