摘　　要：本文在分析企业培训机构知识管理现状与需求的基础上,介绍了知识管理体系的基本内涵,提出了企业培训机构知识管理体系的建设目标,并详细阐述了企业培训机构知识管理体系建设方案的总体框架、实现路径和主要内容。Based on an analysis of the status quo and the knowledge management needs in corporate training institutions, this paper introduces the basic connotation of knowledge management system, puts forward the goal of constructing a knowledge management system in corporate training institutions, and elaborates on the overall framework, implementation path and main content of the construction plan for such a system.
