摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化营养管理模式在结直肠癌患者围术期中的应用方法与效果。方法:将100例结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统营养管理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施个体化营养管理模式,比较两组患者干预效果。结果:术后第7天观察组血清前白蛋白、白蛋白值高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组术后肛门首次排气时间、排便时间,术后住院时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者不良反应及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:个体化营养管理模式能有效改善结直肠癌患者营养状况,促进胃肠道功能恢复,加快患者术后康复。Objective To explore the application and effect of individualized nutrition management model in perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nutrition management method,and the observation group was treated with individualized nutrition management model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The values of serum proalbumin and albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 7th day after surgery( P <0.05).The time of first anal exhaust and defecation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutrition management model can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.
