Reflection on laboratory safety and environmental protection trainings based on the test

摘  要:为检测生理学实验室安全环保培训效果,对参加培训的研究生和本科生进行自命题的闭卷半期测试(实验室基础与试剂安全部分),用SjFx及SPSS进行试卷分析。结果显示:进行大学生创新创业计划的本科生参与程度偏低;参加测试学生及格率100%;测验信度为0.738,成绩呈正态分布,成绩为正态分布,试卷难度适中,区分度不足;涉及管控试剂的试题,得分率较低;个别博士生成绩不理想。需加强国家几类管控试剂的宣传和监督,长期、反复开展实验室安全环保工作,切实增强师生的安全环保意识。To exam the effects of training in laboratory safety and environmental protection, a mid-term examination about laboratory basic and reagent safety knowledge was given to the undergraduate and graduate students in physiology labs. The test papers were analyzed with SjFx and SPSS. Most students of the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program were absent from the test. All examinees passed, the reliability of the exam was 0.738 and the scores were normally distributed. The test paper s difficulty was moderate, but discrimination was not enough. The scoring rate of some questions about the requirement on control reagents is relatively low. A few doctoral students didn t perform well. Thus, it is necessary to enhance publicity and education, and to strengthen supervision on national control reagents. It is also essential to continuously implement related education to elevate the awareness of laboratory safety and environmental protection of teachers and students.
