摘 要:本文设计了一种基于CAN总线的液压支架控制系统。文中采用了增强电磁兼容性和动态余度设计方法。实现了相互独立的双CAN总线结构,并对总线进行动态故障诊断,确保了总线通讯的正常运行,提高了系统工作的可靠性。根据液压支架的具体特点,设计了多主机的工作模式,实现了控制程序的下载功能。通过调试实验,验证了结构的合理性和可行性,为液压支架控制系统的研究提供了有益的尝试。A kind of hydraulic support control system based on CAN bus is introduced in this article. The paper features an enhanced electromagnetic compatibility and dynamic redundancy design. Independent dual CAN bus structure is used in this design. Dynamic bus fault diagnosis ensures the normal operation of bus communication, improves the reliability of the system. According to the specific characteristics of the hydraulic support, multi-host mode is designed. Control program download function is introduced. By commissioning experiments to verify the rationality and feasibility of the structure. The experiment provides a useful attempt for the study of hydraulic support control system.
