摘　　要：分析了翻转课堂在技能培训的应用可行性及有效性,构建企业技能培训的翻转课堂模式,对教学视频、课堂活动设计等关键因素进行探讨,并结合电力企业技能实训与成人学习特点探索现代职工技能实训模式,提升培训效果。Combining characteristics of the Electric Power enterprises skills training and adult learning,has construct a flipped class mode for the enterprise skills training and analyzed the feasibility and effectiveness by discussing the key factors,the teaching video and the classroom pattern design,and exploring the skills training mode for modern staff to enhance the training effect.
