摘　　要：随着护理学的发展,护理学生的临床实习带教工作愈加重要,文章剖析护理实习生在临床实习工作中存在的问题并探讨解决问题的策略,使学生更好地完成实习任务。With the development of nursing,the clinical practice teaching of nursing students is becoming more and more important.This paper analyzes the problems existing in nursing students in clinical practice and discusses strategies for solving problems,with a view to enabling students to complete the clinical practice task better.
